We have designed and implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) based on the EN ISO 9001:2008 quality system in order to better manage the challenges of the modern business reality and to aim towards the improvement of its internal organizational structure and procedures and the quality of its customer service.

The company’s ISO-based QMS covers the design and development of software products, the design and implementation of web-based software projects and consulting services and it was designed according to the company’s needs and objectives within the legal framework of the Greek and European law.

Customer satisfaction and trust, through the fulfilment of quality specifications and on-time deliveries, are Altanet’s fundamental principles. Our main objective is the provision of high quality products and services to its customers.

Environment and "Paperless Office"

Our philosophy and core values include the out-most respect for the environment through the application of several "Paperless Office" principles. They include the recycling of materials as well as old electronics equipment, clever use of natural resources and the use of safety rules.

Above all, our philosophy demands conducting our day-to-day business using electronic means, for our internal operations, as well as, for our partner's transactions.
